A naturopath works as a facilitatory gently guiding the body back to homeostasis, restoring balance always acknowledging the body's own innate ability to heal itself. My role is to help you learn how to listen and respond to what your body needs.
Naturopaths aim to address the root cause of illness in the body, often functional testing can be recommended to determine the underlying dysfunction.
What to expect during your consultation
Appointments are available online or in person in Melbourne
Initial consultation: 60-70 mins $175
At Woven Wisdom Naturopathy, your initial visit is more than just a consultation; it embodies a thorough exploration of your health journey—evaluating your past, your present state, and your future wellness goals. During this time, we delve deeply into your symptoms, discuss different body systems, medical history, current medications, nutritional supplements, and lifestyle choices that may be influencing your complaints. Here we will also discuss relevant testing that may be necessary.
By the end of the consultation, you will receive a specific treatment summary, outlining the steps that will be taken to achieve your health goals. Possible prescription will be discussed here as well.
Follow up consultation extended: 45 mins $120
In a follow up appointment we will review any test results such as pathology, hair mineral analysis, microbiome mapping. If it has been longer than 6 weeks from your initial appointment then an extended follow up is required. During this time we will review your progress with treatment plan and prescription. We will also address any additional concerns that may arise, and prescriptions will be discussed and prepared accordingly.
Follow up consultation standard: 30 mins $95
Based on your progress and feedback, we’ll refine and adjust your treatment plan accordingly to ensure your treatment remains appropriate and targeted. Any new health concerns or questions can also be addressed in the return consult.
Acute consultation: 20 mins $65
This appointment is for current clients only who have an acute immune issue (e.g hay fever, cold and flu) and would like some acute support.
