Welcome to Woven Wisdom Naturopathy. To provide the best services and accommodate the needs of all our clients, we have established the following policy:

Appointment Booking

    • Booking Methods: Appointments can be booked through our online booking system or by contacting us directly at hello@wovenwisdomnaturopathy.com

    • Booking Confirmation: All appointments are considered tentative until confirmed by Woven Wisdom Naturopathy.

New Client Information

    • New Client Forms: New clients are required to complete and submit the ‘New Client Intake’ form a minimum of 24 hours prior to first appointment.

    • Health History: Providing accurate health history information is essential for effective naturopathic care. Please ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate. Please submit any recent pathology or investigations to hello@wovenwisdomnaturopathy.com

Arrival Time

    • Arrival: Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to ensure your appointment starts on time.

Late Arrivals

    • Late Arrival: If you arrive late for your appointment, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment time within reason and if it does not affect any other appointments. However, in some cases, your session may need to be shortened to avoid delays for subsequent clients, in which case 100% of total fee will still be charged.

Cancellation Policy

    • At Woven Wisdom Naturopathy, we strongly value our client’s time, thus appreciate your mutual respect for ours along with other clients. Taking this in mind, Woven Wisdom Naturopathy has a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations that fall within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation will result in 100% of the total fee. 

Payment for Services

    • Payment: Payment for initial consultations and all appointments booked online through the website are due at the time of booking.

    • Payment: Payment for subsequent consultations bookings made directly with the practitioner may be payable at the time of booking or at the time of the appointment by arrangement.

    • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept:

      • Credit cards

      • Debit cards

      • Bank transfer by arrangement

Appointment Changes

    • Clients may re-schedule Naturopathic consultations up to 12 hours prior to a scheduled appointment. Please contact us directly for appointment changes at hello@wovenwisdomnaturopathy.com. Re-scheduling appointments that fall within 12 hours prior to the consultation will be based on the clients discretion, and may result in 50% of the fee. Failure to attend an appointment will unfortunately result in 100% of the fee. If for any reason a practitioner cannot attend an appointment due sickness or unforeseen circumstances, the client will be advised as soon as possible. Woven Wisdom Naturopathy offers the client option to re-schedule or a full refund. 

Changes to this Policy

    • Policy Updates: We reserve the right to update this booking policy. Any changes will be effective immediately and communicated to clients and available on our website www.wovenwisdomnaturopathy.com.au.
